Blink lash lounge

Clients are asked to read the address and all policies before booking, and to reach out to the business directly with any questions.

Appointments are not booked through online scheduling. Clients contact the lounge directly. A $25 deposit is required to hold an appointment. That deposit is non-refundable or transferable. Changes and cancellations must be made at least 48 hours ahead, and arriving more than 10 minutes late results in cancellation. Late cancellations and no-shows lose the deposit or are charged the full price of the missed service. Blink states that VIP and late appointments are exempt from the cancellation policy.

For lash services, clients are asked to arrive with a clean face, free of makeup, mascara and oils around the lash area, since lash retention may otherwise be poor. The lounge does not offer refunds.

Powder brow consultations are available and require a $50 deposit, which can be moved to another appointment date. Clients must sign all waivers for powder brow work. If a client needs a translator, the lounge must be told beforehand. The translator may sit in on the consultation but waits in the waiting area during the service.

Blink also offers an online Classic Lash course for $199. The course is hosted on an external Teachable page rather than on the lounge's own site.
