Studio hours are Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 7 PM and Saturday from 9 AM to 5 PM, with Sundays closed. Appointments take roughly two hours in total, and the length depends on how much nail art is requested. The address is sent by text 24 hours before the visit, and clients should arrive with bare nails unless they book a soak-off. Extra guests and children are not permitted during services, and any special accommodations need to be discussed and agreed before the booking. A 15-minute grace period applies; arriving later than that results in cancellation.
Booking requires a $20 deposit, which is taken off the balance on the day of service. Rebooking on the day of a visit needs no deposit for the next appointment, but rebooking after leaving does. No refunds are given. Payment is accepted by cash, Venmo, Apple Pay, and credit or debit card tapped to pay, though tap payments carry a 2.6% fee added to the total.
Designs are freestyle and can be customized. The portfolio covers bold and bright looks, animal print, soft glam, ombré, classic pink, polka dot and seasonal collections. New clients receive a free care kit. A monthly membership at a flat fee is available, with a discounted rate for two service appointments per month. Clients are advised to oil their cuticles twice daily and to avoid using their nails as tools between visits.
