Lash extension clients are asked to arrive with clean lashes or pay a $10 cleaning fee, and to come without eye makeup. Appointments are required and are confirmed through the booking system. Unconfirmed appointments are cancelled automatically.

The salon also offers lash lifts, which use a keratin-based solution to lift and curl natural lashes, and lash tints that darken them. A lift and tint package is available for $89. For brows, eyebrow lamination uses a chemical solution to keep brow hairs in place, and can be combined with tinting and waxing. Waxing starts at $10.

The salon runs a four-week Eyelash Extension Master Class for $1,500, with one-hour classes on Monday, Wednesday and Sunday, scheduled by appointment.
