Appointments can be changed, rescheduled or cancelled up to 48 hours ahead. Changes inside that window are treated as same-day cancellations and carry a fee of 50% of the booked service. Deposits can be transferred but are not refundable. Validated garage parking is available at the Broadway and Surf Parking Garage at 2848 N. Broadway.

The salon says each service is planned for the individual client, with a focus on healthy hair and customer care.
