Blessings Muse is a black-owned business, as its owner describes it, and works from a studio called The Loft by Ms. Irie in West Palm Beach. Services are charged by the hour, and the initial deposit covers the first hour. Service times depend on the condition, length, texture and number of dreadlocks, so the time needed is set during booking.

Virtual consultations are required for new clients and for returning clients who have not booked in six months or more. The booking calendar opens automatically one week ahead, and a waitlist is available for people who want to book early. Confirmation and the deposit invoice are sent one week before the appointment. The studio is open Monday through Friday.

The business also sells haircare made with natural ingredients for use at home. The products are meant to support hair health and general well-being, and are for external use only. Customers are asked to read the ingredients and test a small area of skin before use. All sales are final, so returns and exchanges are not accepted and customers receive store credit instead. Standard domestic shipping takes five to eight business days and costs $7. Orders are processed within four business days, excluding weekends and public holidays, and cannot be canceled once submitted. Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes or to several U.S. territories and armed forces addresses.
