Braided and twisted styles cover a wide range: box braids in several sizes, knotless braids in shoulder, mid-back and waist lengths, Fulani styles, Senegalese twists, boho twists, kinky twists, feed-in styles, cornrows and crochet braids. Quick protective styles such as mini twists, bantu knots and finger coils are also offered.

Loc work includes retwists, wash and retwist services, a full service loc experience, a locs maintenance package with an ACV detox, scalp scrub, steam and basic style, microlocs installation and retightening, instant locs, invisible locs and soft locs. Microloc retightening is recommended every four to six weeks and no more than eight weeks apart.

Children ages 5 to 12 have their own price tiers for braids, cornrows, twists and locs. Ages 13 and up book under adult pricing. Children need to be able to sit on their own, and parents are notified 30 to 40 minutes before a kids service finishes.

Booking opens six months at a time. Braiding services are booked before noon. Hair should be washed, blown dry and ready at the appointment, and a wash add-on can be booked if needed. Style times are estimates and can vary with head size and hair density, and final pricing may change with hair length, thickness and condition.

A non-refundable deposit of 20% (or $20 at minimum) is due at booking and goes toward the final total. One reschedule within 7 days of the original appointment keeps the deposit. A 5-minute grace period applies, after which a $20 late fee is charged. Arriving 20 minutes late may lead to cancellation, and same-day cancellations forfeit the deposit. Out-of-state clients who cannot attend need to give at least 48 hours notice.

Appointments are planned around hair preparation, time estimates and a clear deposit and timing policy set out before the visit.
