Appointment lengths run from 40 minutes for a patch test to about three hours for full sets, and visits can run three hours or longer depending on what is booked.

Before a visit, clients are asked to arrive with clean lashes, without mascara or false lashes for the 24 hours before, without contacts during the service, and without caffeine or energy drinks that day. Fills must be pre-booked. Hybrid and volume fills need to be booked within three weeks of the previous appointment, and if 40% or less of the lashes remain, the visit is counted as a full set.

Lash aftercare kits are sold at appointments. The aftercare guidance covers not tugging on lashes, keeping mascara and lash glue off extensions, limiting excessive heat and steam, and not sleeping on the face. Appointment times not shown online can be requested by Instagram DM, including Saturdays.
