Same-day cancellations and no-shows are charged the full service price. Appointments end at their scheduled time, so late arrivals receive a shorter service.

Custom color in a 10-minute appointment at $100, with a one-week turnaround; inspiration photos are treated as guides, and identical results are not guaranteed.

A 15-minute custom wig creation consultation at $280 includes construction with up to 3 bundles and lace customization, with a 2-day turnaround when purchased bundles are used. Custom closure wig creation and install takes about 2 hours 30 minutes at $440, and custom frontal wig creation and install takes about 3 hours 10 minutes at $460; custom wigs need an unused 5x5 or 2x6 closure.

Sew-in installs need lace closures 16 inches or longer, HD lace preferred.

Closure maintenance at $90 removes, cleanses, repositions and restyles the closure in about 1 hour 30 minutes, and must be done on an install less than 4 weeks old. Wig maintenance or revamp at $160 takes about 2 hours and covers a cleanse, deep conditioning, minor touch-ups, band replacement as needed and styling.

A faux frontal install with a closure and frontal hairline is offered at $260, taking about 3 hours 35 minutes, with up to 3 bundles sewn in and a melt band; it can be done glueless.
