Braiding is offered to adults, teens ages 13 to 15, and kids ages 5 to 12. Adults can book knotless braids in waist length or stitch braids, and soft locs are also available. Kids' appointments are drop-off only. Clients can also book one-on-one classes or a yearly subscription of appointments.

Hair color is an optional add-on. If the shade a client wants is not on the list, they can choose a bring-your-own-hair option at the same listed price. Photos of the finished hairstyle are taken at the end of each appointment.

Payment is accepted by Zelle or cash, and other payment forms add a transfer fee. Arriving 15 minutes late adds $10 to the total, and arriving 20 minutes late cancels the appointment. A no-rush policy is enforced at appointments. Appointments not cancelled or rescheduled within 72 hours are charged the full style amount to the card on file. No-call, no-show bookings cannot be rebooked, and the remaining balance is charged to the card on file. The deposit is valid for one transfer only.
