Appointments are built around styling. Options run from a quick hot-tool finish or a dry style, where the hair arrives washed and blow-dried, to longer services such as a classic blowout with shampoo and conditioning, a Sleek and Straight Press, and a Royal Hydration Silk Press that adds a clarifying shampoo, steam treatment and trim. Children can book a gentle Kiddie Blowout or a Mini Crown Press.
Extension work is a large part of the menu. It includes clip-in installs, hand-tied extensions with micro beads, traditional sew-ins, tape-in installs, removal of extensions the business installed, and tightening. Tightening is offered only for extensions previously installed by Ciara Rose, and a Touch Up for Miracle Knots covers the top of the head and the perimeter.
On arrival, clients text the salon and the garage is opened for them. Arriving more than 10 minutes late may mean rescheduling, and the $15 late fee still applies. Additional guests are only allowed when arranged in advance. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100 and $200 amounts or a custom value, and sales are final.
