The studio describes its approach as luxurious waxing that is as comfortable as it is effective, in a space it calls safe and welcoming. Appointments are booked through its GlossGenius site. Hours are Tuesday from 10 AM to 5 PM, Wednesday through Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM, and Saturday from 9 AM to 2 PM, with the studio closed on Sundays and Mondays.
New clients often start with the First-Time Wax Experience, which begins at $70, runs about 30 minutes or more and includes a free aftercare kit. Several longer services, including the full leg, the full face service and the combination sets, require a deposit at booking. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment.
Cancellations and reschedules need at least 24 hours' notice. Later cancellations carry a 50% service fee, and no-shows are charged the full service fee and may need to prepay for future visits. Arriving more than 10 minutes late may shorten the service or require a new time. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100, $200 or a custom amount, and they are final sale. The founder hopes to grow the studio into a full-service day spa that adds skincare treatments and massage.
