Every visit begins with a medical and aesthetic consultation, which is included and held before anything is booked or charged. This is where suitability is decided, since aesthetic and wellness treatments are not right for everyone. A free 30-minute consultation with Bianca covers history, goals and what outcomes are realistic. The site notes that individual results vary and are not guaranteed.

The menu covers neuromodulator injections using Botox, Jeuveau, Dysport, Xeomin, Daxxify and Letybo, plus hyaluronic acid dermal and lip fillers. Microneedling is offered in five protocols: PDGF, Blanqa Signature Glow, Bellumé, Curated and Bright Eyes. Two chemical peels are available, Radiance and Prestige, alongside collagen PDO threads. Collagen biostimulators Radiesse and Sculptra are quoted after a consultation, once the areas and number of sessions are agreed. Body treatments include fat-dissolving injections, sclerotherapy for visible leg veins, skin lightening and brightening, and hair restoration. The site notes that glutathione is not FDA-approved for skin lightening or whitening.

Beyond aesthetics, the practice offers IV infusions, wellness injections, medical weight management and direct primary care. Packages of the same treatment are prepaid and used one session at a time, with each session scheduled as the client goes. Monthly memberships (PURA and PRIVATA) carry six-month commitments. Many treatments can be booked online with a deposit. Enquiries are answered by Bianca, usually the same day. Hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm and Saturday 9am to 3pm, with Sunday visits by appointment.

Care is built around a medical consultation before any treatment, with suitability decided by a licensed provider and one clinician performing every service.

A single private treatment room with a massage chair keeps each visit to one client at a time.
