Services are grouped into blowouts and styling, dimensional blonding, haircuts, solid color and root grey coverage, smoothing treatments, hair extensions, consultations, and special occasions. Blowouts range from a hot-tool version to a signature blow-dry with shampoo, a round brush and styling. Blonding options include face-framing, full highlights, partial highlights and teasy lights, a teased technique that gives a soft, low-maintenance look. Keratin and Brazilian Blowout smoothing treatments are also offered, along with hair extension implementation and touch-ups for returning clients.

Booking requires a credit card on file. Changes or cancellations need 24 hours' notice, and a confirmation text goes out 24 hours ahead and must be answered. No-call, no-show appointments are charged the full scheduled service. Clients are asked to arrive five minutes early, and arriving more than fifteen minutes late may forfeit the appointment. Children and animals are not permitted, and the salon does not offer refunds. Color correction requires a free consultation and a signed contract before the appointment begins.
