Each SMP client starts with a free consultation at the office, booked for a set time. A virtual hair mock-up follows, and treatment then moves through a first hairline fill, a second fill that adds texture, and a final hairline fill, ending with the result. Men usually need two to three sessions, women average about three, and scarring work takes two to three.

It estimates an average scalp needs roughly 2,000 microdots per square inch. According to the studio, about 90% of clients report minimal to no discomfort, and it compares the pain level to getting a tattoo; both are its own statements.

Areola reconstruction after mastectomy or breast surgery uses several natural shades matched to the client's own areola color. The procedure takes about an hour under topical anesthesia and should wait at least a year after the operation. Scar camouflage can take four to six weeks to fully develop, and some scars need more than one treatment. The studio describes its AVINO vita areola technique as exclusive to it, and says nipple tattoo pigment lasts about five years on average.

Financing is offered through PayPal Credit with 0% for six months, through United Medical Credit with several lenders, and through Blispay, which allows six months to pay for purchases over $199.
