Sets run from natural looks to dramatic volume. Classic and YY sets place single extensions one to one, Wet sets use only closed fans, Light Volume (5D) combines 2D to 5D fans on single natural lashes, and Volume uses handmade 3D to 7D fans. Mega Volume uses 10D to 16D handmade fans for a darker, fuller effect, and Wispy Mega Volume combines fans and spikes. Refills are offered for most sets on two- and three-week schedules, and a lash bath is included with every set.
Booking comes with a few policies to know. A $20 deposit is required, counts toward the final cost and is non-refundable. Appointments must be confirmed 24 hours ahead and rescheduled at least 24 hours before the appointment, or the deposit is forfeited, though it can be moved to a new date or time up to two times. The studio asks clients to arrive with a clean, unmadeup face and to bring a contact lens case if they wear lenses. Fallout concerns must be raised within 72 hours, as there are no refunds. Clients who are sick can reschedule.
Hours are Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday from 9:30 AM to 2 PM, Sunday from 9 AM to 6 PM, and closed Tuesday and Saturday. Reviews on the studio's site describe the lash artist as attentive and caring, with a relaxing experience.
