The Black Scale Suite Custom facial is a tailored session of about 45 minutes. Recommended add-ons are included at no extra charge, while hydrofacial and microneedling carry a $40 upcharge. Targeted treatments address acne on the chest and buttocks, and a vagacial service covers the intimate area with a steamed cleanse, extractions, ingrown hair removal and a hydrojelly mask.

Body contouring sessions use cavitation, radiofrequency, vacuum therapy and wood therapy. Bundles are the main way to lower the per-session price. Facial bundles are 4 facials for $240 instead of $600, spaced 7 to 14 days apart depending on facial type. Lipo bundles are 4 sessions for $200 instead of $500, spaced 5 to 7 days apart. Customized facial bundles of 6 or 8 are also offered. Bundle participants agree to having pictures or videos taken.
