Black Rose Hair is operated by Jenisa Melendez and is located inside Slayed Suites at 11035 Hearth Rd in Spring Hill. It is open Wednesday from 12 PM to 6 PM, Thursday from 10:30 AM to 5 PM, Friday from 10 AM to 5 PM and Saturday from 9 AM to 5 PM, and is closed Monday, Tuesday and Sunday.

Color work is the core of the business. Maintenance is a single-color root retouch with a haircut and blowout, starting at $75 and about 60 minutes or more. Monochromatic is a single all-over color with Olaplex and a blowout, starting at $188 and about 150 minutes or more. Blonding is a fully customized all-over service with a cut, style and Olaplex, starting at $200 and about 165 minutes or more. Transformations is the most involved option, a fully customized color service with a cut, style and Olaplex, starting at $300 and about 180 minutes or more. Transformations do not include corrective color or vivid colors. Maintenance and monochromatic services may carry additional charges based on product usage, hair length and hair density.

Other services include keratin treatment from $25 (about 10 minutes or more), special occasion styling from $20 (about 20 minutes or more) and brow waxing from $7 (about 10 minutes or more). A consultation is offered at no charge and lasts about 20 minutes.

Booking details: appointment confirmations are sent three days before the visit. Changes, cancellations or rescheduling need to be requested directly with the stylist at least 48 hours ahead to avoid a rebooking fee. That fee is 30% of the originally scheduled service price, is non-refundable, must be paid before another appointment is approved, and cannot be applied as credit to a later visit. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000 and needs approval before the appointment. Payments are accepted.
