The menu covers hand and foot care, from classic and deluxe manicures and pedicures to gel versions and combination packages for kids, classic, and deluxe services. Enhancements include acrylic full sets in several lengths, fill-ins on a two-to-seven-week schedule, ombre full sets, overlays, French tip backfills, and Gel-X applications. Nail art is priced in standard, premium, and elite tiers, and the salon also offers repairs for lifted, cracked, or broken nails, shape changes, soak-offs, and cutting down nails. Big toenail extensions are offered for both everyday and functional needs, and an advanced pedicure is available for trimming thick or overgrown toenails, including those affected by fungus.

Education is part of the business. The salon offers private and group classes, including a kids gel class for $200, a one-on-one beginner acrylic workshop for $500, and a one-on-one acrylic refresher course for nail technicians for $350. The salon also sells homemade, all-natural products for use at home.

Booking is handled through the Booksy app or page. Arrivals more than 10 minutes late are charged a $10 late fee, appointments are canceled after 15 minutes without communication, and a $50 no-show fee applies to a missed appointment that was not canceled. Guests and extra people are not allowed. The salon is open Tuesday from 9 AM to 6 PM, Wednesday from 9 AM to 5 PM, Thursday from 9 AM to 6 PM, Friday from 9 AM to 7 PM, and Saturday from 8 AM to 2 PM, and is closed on Sundays and Mondays. Parking, free Wi-Fi, card payment, gift cards, and service packages are available, and the salon is accessible for people with disabilities.

The salon is run by a licensed nail technician and disinfects all surfaces in the workplace as well as between clients. Services are priced by length, enhancement type, and design level.
