A visit starts with a complimentary consultation, where a stylist talks through hair or grooming goals and sets a plan before booking. Haircuts include a wash, styling and a hot towel neck shave. Services are tailored to each guest's hair type, lifestyle and goals, and the team puts real effort into explaining styling and upkeep between visits. Clean-Up is for returning short and medium cut clients two to four weeks after their last haircut, and Bang Trim reshapes bangs or fringe between cuts. Children can get haircuts, though the stylist may stop if a child cries or cannot sit still, and under-10 appointments need to be arranged by calling the salon directly.

Beard grooming ranges from a quick trim with beard oil and a hot towel to Premier Beard Service, which adds a facial steamer, beard wash and detailed shaping. Scalp exfoliation and scalp treatments, including a version for short, medium and long hair, use exfoliating shampoo, oil, deep conditioner and scalp massage. Scalp treatments cannot be combined with chemical services and should be done at least one week before them, since they can fade artificial color. Intense Recovery Treatment, developed by Amika, uses keratin proteins for damaged hair. Bundled options pair a cut with a beard or scalp service at a combined price.

The Groomsman Party is a private pre-wedding grooming experience. Packages run from 15 minutes for a ring bearer ($48) to one hour for the groom ($190), with each guest choosing one service from the package. Add-ons include an express facial, a scalp treatment and an extended scalp massage. A non-refundable $125 deposit is taken at scheduling and deducted from the total, and bagels, muffins and beverages are provided. Inquiries receive a reply within two business days. Other guest policies include a 7-day satisfaction guarantee for adjustments, a military discount with a military ID shown at reception, and referral discounts for friends and family that apply only to full cuts. The salon is mainly appointment based, accepts walk-ins without guaranteeing same-day service, and says most services can usually be booked within 24 to 48 hours. It accepts credit cards, cash, Apple Pay and Samsung Pay, but not checks, PayPal, Venmo, CashApp or Bitcoin, and it does not currently sell gift cards. Bookings are made online through GlossGenius.

The salon also rents booths to independent professionals who run their own licensed and insured businesses. Renters set their own prices and schedules and are not employees of the salon, which is not responsible for their clients. Daily rental is $55, part-time rental is $125 per week for up to three days on a shared station, and full-time rental is $200 per week for four to seven days or a station not shared. The first week of part-time and full-time rental is free. Space includes an 8-foot workstation, towels, capes, a client seating area, a breakroom, one locker, product shelves, laundry, WiFi and free lot parking. Renters receive key access, are asked to arrive 15 minutes before their first client, and are issued a 1099-MISC. The salon says it is recruiting talented independent professionals and that it draws clients who value premium grooming, beard care and clean, modern styles.
