The salon uses Paragel, a gel system from Japan, and says it keeps nails healthy because the natural nail is not sanded. Staff complete an extensive training program on Paragel and take part in continuous art workshops.

Prices are listed for cash, with card prices shown separately. Gel color, classic and effect color, and the minimal, elite and custom designs are priced by whether the artist is a junior artist, senior artist or art director. The custom design is the longest service at 3 hours. Artist's Choice Simple and Detailed sessions run 2 hours and 2 hours 15 minutes, and the artist creates the design, so clients with a design already in mind should book from the regular menu.

Recurring clients who currently have BISOU gel on their nails can book gel removal or extension removal, each with detailed nail care. Standard services do not include removing artificial nails applied at another salon. A complimentary nail fix is offered within the first week for gel that chips or lifts, though it does not cover broken nails or surface scratches. Clients are asked to arrive on time, to book under their own account, and to tip 18% to 20% of the service cost on average.
