Items that cannot be sanitized, such as buffer files and toe separators, are thrown away, and stainless steel tubs are scrubbed with antibacterial soap and sprayed with hospital-grade disinfectant.
Booking and payment details: individual and two-person appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled without a fee up to 4 hours ahead, while groups of three or more have a 24-hour window. Clients are asked to arrive at least 10 minutes early, and gratuity is not included in service prices. Group and private party bookings are requested by email.
