The salon is open from 10am to 7pm and welcomes walk-ins, though calling ahead is recommended to check availability. Appointments can be held with a card on file through Vagaro, and clients have a 15-minute late window before a visit must be rescheduled. Cancellations made less than 24 hours ahead may be charged 50% of booked services. Parking is available in the lot behind the building, the lot to the south, or on the street.

Haircuts include a shampoo and style, with a Master Stylist cut starting at $100 and a Junior Stylist cut at $60. Color services include a blow-dry and style. Highlight, balayage and color options range from a Splash of Color, which places about 10 foils for a pop of color, to partial and full highlights and balayage in several forms. Vivids and color corrections are priced by the hour and require a consultation, as do Hot Heads extensions, which are offered with select stylists.
