A visit usually starts with a complimentary consultation for anyone unsure which treatment fits, and no referral is needed to book. Advanced therapies, including IV, ozone, NAD+, peptide and exosome treatments, begin with a brief consultation on the first visit. An IV drip visit runs about 40 to 60 minutes, covering an intake form, the consultation, the formulation and time in the IV lounge, and an IV can be combined with cryotherapy in the same visit. NAD+ infusions take 2 to 4 hours depending on dosage, and the number of sessions is set at the initial consultation. IV drips are typically booked once a week or every two weeks, and they are meant to supplement oral hydration rather than replace it.

Whole body cryotherapy takes about three minutes in a chamber at -250°F, and a trained cryotherapy coach stays with the client throughout. Clients are given gloves, socks and slippers, and a first visit should allow 15 to 20 minutes, with later visits closer to ten. Cryotherapy is not suitable for pregnant clients or for people with several listed heart, circulation, neurological and other conditions, and anyone under 18 needs a parent's consent. The business says a cryotherapy session burns 500 to 800 calories and notes that its chambers are not FDA-cleared medical devices.

The business says its medical staff are licensed and have more than 10 years of clinical experience, and that every location is led by certified wellness experts. At the Westlake location, IV, injection and advanced therapies are administered or supervised by licensed medical staff, and at Lubbock they are handled by trained professionals. IV vitamins are sourced from FDA-approved pharmacies and, according to the business, contain no artificial colors, preservatives or fillers. Ozone and peptides are sourced from FDA-registered pharmacies.
