Facials use Image Skin Care products, and some treatments add non-lipid serums and a product called My Skin Buddy. The menu runs from quick 30-minute flash facials to 60-minute facials such as Illuminate & Glow, an antioxidant facial suited to all skin types, and Oxygen Facial Plus+, which combines an oxygen facial with a HydraFacial-style resurfacing approach. HydraFacials come in 30, 45 and 60-minute versions, with LED light therapy in the deeper two, and the spa says HydraFacial involves no downtime. Microchanneling and NanoPen facials are also offered, singly or in packages of three. Permanent makeup is among the facial services.

Chemical peels are offered for acne, acne scars, rosacea, aging skin, hyperpigmentation and dullness. Acne Lift uses AHAs and BHAs, Lightening Lift combines lactic acid with kojic acid, Perfection Lift blends several exfoliants, and Wrinkle Lift uses glycolic acid with retinol. Enzymatic peels use fruit-based enzymes and are described as suitable for all skin types, including dry or sensitive skin. Each peel comes with a post-treatment skin care kit, and a skin care prep kit is needed beforehand. A series is recommended for the most benefit, and skin consultations with an esthetician can help choose a peel. Peels are only booked two to three weeks after a Signature Facelift. The spa states that Ormedic Lift and Signature Facelift are suitable for pregnant or breastfeeding clients.

Massage options include Anti-Stress, Therapeutic, Deep Tissue, Sports Massage (which can be tailored for athletic events), Warm River Rock using heated stones, Hot Legs with warm stones and menthol gel, and Mother-to-Be with a pregnancy pillow for comfort. Most massages are offered at 60 or 90 minutes. Couples massage is available in 60-minute sessions. Add-ons include infrared, cupping, aromatherapy, CBD or magnesium butter spot treatments, hand hydration and repair, and a full-body CBD treatment. Body treatments exfoliate, cleanse and moisturize the skin using methods similar to facials, and the combined packages pair body work with facials or massage in one visit.

Booking policies: a 24-hour notice is requested for changes, and a 50% to 100% fee may apply. Changes with less than 12 hours notice, and same-day appointments, are charged the full value of the service. Clients are asked to arrive 10 minutes early, and sessions end on schedule. Guests must be at least 13, and those aged 13 to 17 need written parental consent for massage with a parent or guardian in the room. Clients are asked to disclose conditions such as pregnancy, hypertension, allergies or prescription medications before a service. Massage for expectant mothers requires at least 13 weeks of gestation. Gratuity is optional and not included in prices or gift cards. Prices may change without notice. The spa is open daily from 10am to 5pm, and online booking is available through its website.
