Facials range from a short mini facial to a multi-step hydrofacial with cleansing, exfoliation, extraction, hydration and a finishing step, with no downtime afterward. Other options include dermaplaning, ultrasonic facials, a face massage, a relaxing facial, a moisture-boost facial and a men's facial built around shaving irritation, congestion and texture. Peels and advanced treatments include a chemical peel facial, a deep pore cleaning paired with an enzyme peel, glycolic, lactic or TCA peels, microneedling and an RF anti-aging facial. Enzyme peels let clients return to normal activity straight away, while glycolic, lactic and TCA peels can cause a few days of flaking.

Acne care is a course rather than a single visit: in-studio treatments are usually every two to four weeks at the start, combined with home care. The studio is certified in the Face Reality acne protocol. It refers clients with deep or painful acne, scarring, sudden severe breakouts, or no response to treatment to a doctor first.

Laser hair removal uses a Soprano Titanium diode laser, which the studio says suits all skin types, including deeper skin. Most areas take six to eight sessions, and face sessions are spaced about four weeks apart. Results are less effective on blonde, red, white or grey hair. Clients avoid waxing, plucking, threading or epilating for four weeks beforehand and shave 12 to 24 hours before each session. A free laser consultation and patch test come before the first full session. There is no contract or membership, and each session is booked one at a time; buying six sessions on any area gets the seventh free.

Every visit starts with a skin analysis before a protocol is chosen. Consultations are free, and the studio says it recommends only what the skin needs rather than upselling. A first visit takes about an hour and includes a consultation of around ten minutes covering skin history, sensitivities, medications and goals. Clients can choose their specialist when booking, and gift vouchers in basic, standard and premium levels can be used toward any treatment.
