Every listed style is done in-house at the Grand Prairie location. The menu covers braiding (knotless, box, cornrow, stitch, goddess, beaded Fulani, lemonade, and crochet braids), twists (Senegalese, Marley and Havana, and knotless), and locs (starter, maintenance, and faux).

Appointments are booked by phone at (240) 643-0840 and are preferred, though walk-ins are also welcome. The phone team estimates appointment length based on the style and length you choose. Hours run Monday through Saturday from 8:30 AM to 8:30 PM, and Sunday from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM.

Weekday special pricing applies Monday through Thursday to listed lengths, and hair is included in those prices. Longer lengths, extra fullness, or specialty styling may cost more and are quoted individually. Weekend rates are also available by phone, as are quotes for styles that are not on the list. The salon also publishes a braiding blog with articles on scalp care, braid durability, and choosing a braider.

Braiding is done gently, with clean parts and even tension aimed at protecting the edges and natural hair.
