Audiology care is provided alongside the practice through Biltmore Audiology & Hearing Aid Center (BENT, LLC), which the practice says keeps care continuous for patients. Hearing services include audiogram testing, an individualized plan for hearing loss, hearing aid consultations and fittings, pediatric hearing evaluations, tinnitus treatment and hearing loss protection.

Facial plastic and reconstructive surgery is handled by an otolaryngologist on staff who is fellowship-trained in that field. Consultations look at both aesthetic goals and breathing concerns before treatment is recommended. Cosmetic consultations are booked through a Concierge Patient Coordinator at 602-726-6310 or by email.

Many insurance types are accepted, but patients are asked to call to confirm their plan. The practice says it accepts most plans in the Multiplan, PHCS and 1ST Health networks and does not accept HealthSmart Complete PPO (Centene). Billing questions are handled by phone, and patients can view their bill online through the patient portal, which also provides forms.

Doctors and patients work together on ear, nose and throat treatment, and the physicians follow up to confirm that problems have been resolved.
