Bijou Sachi Nails

Bijou Sachi Nails is a nail salon in Owings Mills, Maryland, open Monday through Thursday from 10 AM to 3 PM and closed Friday through Sunday. The menu has five named services: three manicures and two pedicures, each priced from a starting point and listed as taking 150 minutes or more.

The manicures are done dry style with an e-file. The Solid Set Manicure pairs a premium gel base with a solid gel color from a luxury gel polish collection and ends with hand moisturizing. The Minimalist Design Manicure uses a premium or structured gel base with nail art, and the client picks two colors and a style from a curated art menu. The Artist's Choice Manicure gives the nail artist full creative control over a basic or structured gel base and nail art. Inspiration photos are not accepted for it, and recreations and requests are not completed.

Both pedicures are waterless. The Refine and Renew Pedicures each include nail trim, filing and buffing, cuticle clean-up, callus reduction, an exfoliating scrub, hot towels, debris removal and a moisturizing foot massage. The Refine version uses gentler callus reduction.

Several booking details matter here. Fingernails must be healthy and bare for manicures unless a returning client has product applied by the salon, and toenails must be free of product and healthy on arrival for pedicures. Removing product applied by another salon or technician costs an extra fee of up to $30, depending on the product type. Rescheduling requires at least 48 hours' notice by text to 443-808-1189. Appointments need confirming through the automated system by text or email; otherwise the salon confirms by text, and unconfirmed appointments are cancelled 24 hours ahead with the deposit forfeited. Cancellations made 24 hours or less before an appointment, and no-call/no-shows, are charged the remaining balance of all booked services and forfeit the deposit. A no-call/no-show also blocks future bookings, and frequent cancellations can make a client ineligible to book. Changing to a different service option requires 48 hours' notice.

Gift cards are sold in $75, $95, $115 and $135 amounts or a custom amount, and gift card sales are final.
