Visits are by appointment only, booked online through the studio website or Booksy. Same-day openings are sometimes available by texting the studio, when the schedule allows. Walk-ins are not accepted and there is no waiting area. Every lash appointment begins with a lash forecast and a custom design, which includes removing loose or grown-out extensions. The lash room has plush beds, air purifiers and humidifiers, and a quiet feel. Parking is available, cards are accepted, and the studio has Wi-Fi, a handwashing area and wheelchair access.

Lash extensions are the core of the menu, from a Mini Lashes set through the signature Big Sexy Lashes full set, with colored sets, Lash Style Switch for changing an existing style, and A Lash Affair for clients still wearing another salon's extensions. Re-lash appointments are needed to keep extensions full and are recommended within 14 days of a full set, with standing appointments every two weeks. Lash tinting, lash lifts, brow services, facial waxing and a range of skincare treatments are also offered.

Cancellations within 24 hours and reschedules made without 24 hours notice are charged half the cost of the services. No-shows and same-day cancellations are charged the full amount, and late arrivals are charged the full scheduled appointment, though the appointment still ends on time.

Lash sets are custom-designed for each client, with an allergy test available before a full set and adhesives the studio says are formulated for sensitive eyes.
