Big Guava Waxing

Visits are booked for specific services, and each one has its own time and deposit, usually a small share of the price collected up front. The studio is open Friday afternoons and Saturday and Sunday mornings into early afternoon, and it is closed Monday through Thursday. Buy Now, Pay Later can be arranged in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment. Several services can be finished with add-ons. A hydrogel cooling mask is applied after waxing to calm and hydrate skin, and an exfoliating and extracting ingrown hair treatment is meant to help prevent and reduce ingrown hairs. A new client Brazilian is available for first-time guests only.

The studio asks for a 30% deposit to hold appointments. Cancelling within 24 hours of the appointment means that deposit is kept as a cancellation fee, and the same applies to no-shows. A no-show with no communication leads to permanent refusal of service, and the studio may also refuse clients who repeatedly miss appointments, even if they have contacted the studio beforehand.
