Every service starts with a treatment base intended to strengthen and repair the natural nail over time. Gel products are described by the salon as 22-free and made without harmful chemicals, and the studio cures with LED lamps rather than UV lamps. Gel options include soft gel, hard gel, builder gel and structure gel, and Apres GelX extensions are offered as well.

Manicures range from a regular polish manicure starting at $30 and a clean manicure with shine buff at $40 to a gel manicure at $65 and a builder gel manicure at $95, which takes about 70 minutes. Pedicures run from a $40 express pedicure with color change to a $95 deluxe 5-step pedicure with gel. Nail art is not included in every service. Simple nail art covers chrome, cat eye, one or two designs, French, and simple line work on two or three nails, while advanced and custom art are priced higher. French or cat eye can be added as an add-on, but because the salon runs a back-to-back schedule, add-ons must be booked in advance.

Gel removal must be booked with a manicure and is not offered on its own, and a $50 fee applies on the day if it was not booked ahead. Changes need 48 hours' notice, and cancellations inside that window are charged half the service total. Same-day cancellations and no-shows are charged the full fee. A $10 late fee applies after 10 minutes, and appointments are cancelled as no-shows after 15. Some bookings require a deposit, which is non-refundable and non-transferable but can be kept by rescheduling. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment.

The salon does not work on fungal nails, athlete's foot, warts, ingrown toenails or contagious foot conditions, and does not treat medical foot issues. Clients with open or broken skin around the cuticles or nail injuries will not be serviced. Pets are not allowed in the salon. Pedicure chairs are sanitized after each client and removable jets are sterilized each time.
