Each visit starts with a consultation, followed by a clean parting and finishing work aimed at the look the client has in mind. The studio emphasizes patience, attention to detail, and keeping the client comfortable, with precision as a priority throughout the appointment.

Appointments are reserved through the studio's online booking site with a nonrefundable deposit, which is applied to the remaining balance. The balance is due when the appointment ends. Cancellations and reschedules need at least 48 hours notice, and there is a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals.

To prepare, clients should arrive with clean hair that is fully detangled and free of heavy oils and styling products, unless a wash and blow-dry is part of the service. Guests and children are only permitted when they are receiving a scheduled service. Finished-style photos may be requested for the studio's portfolio and social media, and clients can decline.
