Membership at this members' club runs $4,400 a year, plus a one-time $1,000 initiation fee, and is open only to adults aged 21 and over. Prospective members submit an application, and approved applicants are contacted within two weeks to arrange a tour. The club anticipates reaching its ideal membership size soon and intends to keep a waitlist. Members get a 10,000 sq ft co-working area with private meeting rooms, conference rooms equipped for audio-visual use, soundproofed booths for phone calls, over 14 classes a day between 6:00am and 7:30pm, and an open gym. BIÂN Medical is a concierge practice that works on an annual-fee model and does not bill insurance for those fees. Membership in the club is not required to use it. Patients can reach a physician by phone or secure messaging for urgent needs, and the practice offers same-day or next-day visits, extended appointment times, on-site labs and IV therapy.
