BHIO Spa & Wellness opened as Kristina's own business in early 2024. The business describes its aim as ultimate relaxation and tranquility, and its services are built around waxing, from single-area visits to longer multi-area appointments.
Clients come to suite 250 on the second floor of the Louetta Road building. The business asks clients to text when they arrive, and staff walk them back once the room is ready. Appointments can be changed at least six hours ahead through the link in the confirmation email. Arriving five minutes or less late keeps the booking, while arriving 10 to 15 minutes late carries a $20 late fee and may shorten the service. Later arrivals may need to rebook and fall under the cancellation policy.
Prices run from $39 for upper lip and underarms to $121 for the longest combinations, with female Brazilian waxing starting at $65. Appointment lengths range from 15 minutes for male Brazilian waxing to 1 hour 45 minutes for the Brazilian, underarm and lower leg combination. Brazilian services are limited to clients 18 and older. Bookings outside regular business hours carry a $15 convenience fee.
Waxing is offered only over healthy skin, and treatment is skipped for open lesions, sunburned skin, skin recently treated with a chemical peel or microdermabrasion, or contagious skin conditions.
The business describes its setting as a place for relaxation and tranquility.
