The studio offers three groups of services: brows, lashes, and waxing. Lash services range from a first-time trial set and classic extensions to fully customized sets, along with refills, lifts, and removal of extensions applied elsewhere.

Brow work includes waxing and tweezing for a shaped brow with a custom tint, and a lamination that sets brow hairs into a lifted, even shape. The studio notes that lamination lasts 6-8 weeks with proper aftercare, and recommends pairing it with a brow wax for the most polished result.

Booking requires a deposit that goes toward the service total. Clients are asked to give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Changes made within 24 hours carry a fee of 30% of the service, and no-shows are charged the full price. Deposits are non-refundable for late changes or no-shows, and booking means agreeing to this cancellation policy. Lash clients are asked to arrive with clean lashes and no mascara or eye makeup.

Several lash styles are tailored to the individual, from eye shape to the level of volume, curl, color and texture.
