The studio aims to be a safe, professional space where clients can relax and be themselves. Each client receives a treatment plan tailored to them, and the business says it has waxing down to a science.

Waxing is the core of the menu, running from chin, lip and brow waxes to full face, underarm, leg and full body services. Brazilian waxing removes hair from the front and back of the intimate area. Clients may keep a strip of hair, or ask for a full Brazilian that removes all of it. Most Brazilian appointments take about 10 to 20 minutes, and results usually last three to four weeks. Brazilian packages book a wax every four weeks for three, six or twelve months, at a saving against the single-service price.

Facials include basic, men's, dermaplane, teen and specialty options, along with a vajacial for the intimate area. The teen facial is built around treating acne, and the specialty facial is customized to the client. Body treatments include an infrared sauna wrap and a Sweat-It-Out session, a detoxifying body wrap in a sauna blanket with an osmotic wrap and an optional mask or slimming cream. Full body sculpting combines laser liposuction, ultrasound cavitation and a sauna blanket session, with the time depending on the services chosen.

To prepare for waxing, clients should avoid alcohol and caffeine, tanning and direct sun for 48 hours, and aggressive exfoliation for 24 hours. Active acids such as retinol, vitamin A and glycolic acid should be paused three to five days before and after. Clients should not shave between waxes and should avoid tight clothing. After a wax, the business advises avoiding sun, sweating, sexual activity and exfoliation for 24 to 48 hours, with exfoliation resuming about 72 hours later. Facial clients should also avoid facial waxing for three days either side, avoid injections to the face for 72 hours beforehand, wear daily SPF, and not pick at pimples or blackheads.

All appointments must be booked online. A non-refundable deposit is due at booking. Arriving more than 10 minutes late forfeits the appointment and is charged at 40% of the service. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours ahead; later cancellations are charged 50% of the service. Clients who neither call nor show up are barred from booking future appointments. Rescheduling is done by contacting the business. Extra guests are not permitted, and clients under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Harassment or sexual exploitation of any kind is not tolerated.
