Bridal work is the company's main focus. The bridal team is made up of stylists chosen individually, and the business describes them as specializing only in bridal beauty. There are three bridal packages: Package 01 includes a bridal hair trial three to four months before the wedding, veil and accessory placement, and use of the Cedar Grove suite. Uniquely You Package 02 includes a hair trial with the option to try two looks, veil and accessory placement, and three hours of extended on-site touch-up time. The Beyoutiful All Day Package 03 adds a second look for the reception, veil and accessory placement, and up to six hours of on-site touch-up time. Packages cover the bride only, so services for bridal party members and family are added separately. Bridal a la carte options include bridal makeup, bridal party hair and makeup, additional artists, a mother of the bride trial, onsite extension rental or purchase, and extended hours on site, with a minimum of five services for a la carte bookings.

Outside of weddings, the salon offers haircuts, color, highlights, blowouts, keratin treatment, hair extensions, event hair and makeup, and Halloween makeup. Hair works with all textures, wigs, hair pieces and a range of extensions. For makeup, there is a 1:1 lesson and a private group class for small groups, where attendees bring their own products. The Cedar Grove studio can also be rented by creatives for shoots and events, and by brides as a private space to get ready. It includes high-speed internet, a private bathroom, an on-site parking spot, natural light, a stocked refreshment fridge, climate control and private key-code entry.

Bookings follow a few set rules. Bridal dates are held first come, first served, and a signed contract and deposit are needed to book. Bridal trials take place at the Cedar Grove salon on weekdays for brides who have signed a contract and paid a deposit. Jess takes wedding bookings only through the bridal packages. A card on file is needed for all bookings, and new clients are asked to pay a deposit for many services, listed per service on the booking site. Extension services require a consultation first for new clients. Cancellations or changes need at least 24 hours' notice, and later changes incur a 50% fee on the full service amount.
