Bookings start with a $15 deposit, and the remaining balance can be paid in cash, by Zelle, or by Apple Pay or Cash App, which adds a $3 fee. Shampoo and blow-dry are included in each service. Clients are asked to arrive with their hair fully detangled, and for a wash and blow-dry, to avoid adding extra products beforehand. Additional fees may apply for very short hair or heavy detangling.

Space is limited, and extra guests are not permitted because of safety and sanitation policies. Late arrivals have a 15-minute grace period, after which an appointment may be canceled. Cancellations and reschedules need 24 hours' notice.
