The studio opened in June 2020 with a full staff planned, and since September 2021 it has been run as a studio by Samantha alone. The focus is hair color, blonding and extensions, with additional waxing and Reiki services.

Every visit begins with an extensive consultation to understand the result the client wants. A 15-minute face-to-face consultation is also available before a client commits to any service. Color is custom designed for each person, and prices are listed as starting points that may change.

Extensions are a central part of the work. Handtied extensions use Salt Strands hair in 18 to 22 inches, and weft extensions use Bellami pro hair in 14 to 24 inches. The initial hair purchase ranges from $350 to $1,200 depending on the look, and the hair is expected to last about nine months with proper care. The first lived-in color appointment with extensions may take around four hours. Maintenance visits are set 8 weeks after the first service and then every 7 to 9 weeks. A hair deposit is required before extension appointments are scheduled, and tape-in inquiries are handled by email. The studio currently lists beaded rows as its only extension service.

Services are by appointment only. Cancellations or reschedules made within 48 hours are charged to the card on file. Guests who miss a scheduled appointment are charged 50% and must pay a deposit to book future visits. Travel services can be requested by email. The studio is not currently accepting new men's clients for haircuts.

Pricing includes Reiki energy healing at $65, haircuts at $70, blow dries at $40, special occasion styling from $85, and spray tans at $40. Clients who try sunless spray tanning for the first time with any color service receive 50% off the tan. The studio describes its atmosphere as kind, open-minded and positive, with care at the center of the experience.

Each service starts from a consultation about the client's goal, and color and extension work is planned around the individual.
