Ali opened the clinic in 2023 after returning home, following esthetician school in Minneapolis and time spent at a medi-spa. New clients receive a first set of skincare products at no charge.

Custom facials are built around each client's skin. Options range from a 50-minute exfoliation with no downtime to a 90-minute facial for sensitive, redness-prone or compromised skin. Add-ons include diamond microdermabrasion, dermaplaning, microcurrent, LED light therapy, nano-needling and a hydro jelly mask. Series of three or five treatments are available at reduced rates for some facials. Glo2Facial treatments, in 30, 60 and 75-minute versions, combine oxygen bubbles, ultrasound and hands-free lymphatic massage with botanical customizations.

Before booking, clients can start with a free 30 to 40 minute phone call about skin concerns and goals, or a $25 virtual appointment that includes an in-depth skin analysis and home care and lifestyle recommendations. The clinic's stated mission is to deliver high-quality products and lifestyle guidance alongside its services. Product lines carried include GlyMed Plus, Face Reality Skincare, Clean Towels and Kitsch, and gift cards can be used toward products or services.

Each client gets a tailored plan that pairs in-clinic treatments with at-home care and lifestyle advice, aiming to repair, refine and protect skin health.
