The spa's focus is inner wellness and balance as well as outer appearance. Every treatment is private and reserved for a single guest, and the business describes itself as calm and unhurried rather than express. The menu covers facials for specific concerns, customized chemical peels, full-body exfoliation, intimate care and longer retreat-style sessions, along with Wellness Hours, which mix relaxation, learning and self-care under a different theme each time.

Booking is by appointment only and can be made online at any time. A valid credit or debit card must be kept on file, and a 20% deposit is taken at booking for specialty treatments and applied to the total on the day of the visit. Cancellations or changes need at least 24 hours' notice; otherwise, or for a no-show, 20% of the scheduled service total is charged to the card on file. Gift cards are available for any service or amount, and packages and memberships offer a series of treatments at a discounted rate.

Equipment is sterilized between clients and bed sheets are changed for every client. The spa uses professional skin care products selected for effectiveness, ingredient safety and suitability for different skin types, including lines for sensitive, young and maturing skin. Treatments are offered to men as well as women. Holistic skin care is offered for clients aged 40 and older, combining esthetic treatments with nutrition and wellness coaching, and specialized treatments address menopausal skin.

Treatments aim at inner wellness and balance as well as outer beauty. Products are chosen for each client's needs as part of a personalized treatment plan.
