The menu runs from customized facials and dermaplaning to several HydraFacial options, including the Signature HydraFacial, the B|E Deluxe HydraFacial, and the Platinum HydraFacial. Peels include the Prodigy Peel (P2) and the deeper Prodigy Peel Pro (P3). Laser work uses the Aerolase Neo Elite for laser facials, laser hair removal, and spot treatments on brown spots, red vessels, skin tags, or acne scars, and an Acne Laser Facial uses the NeoClear laser. Microneedling is done with the SkinPen device, and Indiba radiofrequency is offered on the face and body. Body services include an AEIR CO2 Dry Therapy session. Consultations are available in person or by video or phone for 30 minutes or more, and a treatment follow-up visit is listed at no charge.

Two membership plans help clients keep up a routine. Glow Membership is $95 per month and includes one customized facial each month with red light therapy, plus 10% off in-store skincare products, treatment add-ons, and other services. Restore Membership is $140 per month and includes one facial each month chosen from the Signature HydraFacial, Facial Infusion by Osmosis, the Fire and Ice Facial by iS Clinical, or a Customized Facial with Massage, plus 15% off in-store skincare products and 10% off add-ons and other advanced treatments.

Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100, $200, or a custom amount, and gift certificates start at $25. Gift card sales are final. Appointments are booked online through the Glossgenius page, and Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000 with approval needed before the appointment.

The studio builds its services around professional skin care as a regular part of a client's routine, using memberships and a mix of facials, lasers, and body treatments.
