The team is all-female, and the office is in a suite on historic Charlotte Avenue with its own parking.

The practice regards patient care as a privilege. Its stated aim is to offer a broad range of effective aesthetic treatments and procedures and to help patients make informed decisions. A first surgical consultation covers goals, a focused exam, a review of options, and an explanation of recovery, risks and realistic outcomes. Consultations begin with the patient fully clothed, and a physical assessment happens only when the patient is ready. Virtual consultations are also available through a photo-based process.

The medical spa offers facials, including mini and deluxe versions, along with DiamondGlow, microdermabrasion facials, dermaplaning, customized chemical peels, microneedling and Morpheus8 radiofrequency microneedling for the face. Injectable options include neurotoxins, dermal fillers, lip flips, biostimulators such as Radiesse and Sculptra, PRP and Bio-Filler/PRF. Listed prices include $150 to $250 for facials and chemical peels, $13 per unit of Botox, $150 for a lip flip, $450 to $800 for fillers, and $350 to $1,000 for microneedling. Laser and device work includes laser hair removal, IPL photofacials, the UltraClear cold-fiber laser, Morpheus8 face and body, and EvolveX non-surgical body contouring, with the EvolveX three-month membership listed at $2,999.

Three memberships run on six-month commitments. Essentials, listed at $99, includes monthly foundational facials, gentle exfoliations and hydration treatments, plus 5% off retail products, $25 off filler syringes and a monthly mini facial or mini peel. Luxe, listed at $199, adds enhanced facials, rejuvenating peels and targeted anti-aging therapies, with $50 off filler syringes and a monthly DiamondGlow with dermaplaning, a custom peel or any Essentials treatment. Signature, listed at $299, gives access to premium treatments such as intensive facials, advanced laser therapies and high-tech rejuvenation; the practice calls it its best value. Medical spa appointments are booked online with a $50 deposit per service, and financing is available through PatientFi, Cherry Financing and CareCredit.

For surgical patients, the practice takes one payment and covers the anesthesia and operating room fees itself. Post-operative prescriptions are delivered before surgery, so patients do not need to stop at a pharmacy afterward. The office is open Monday to Thursday, 8:30am to 4pm, and Friday, 8:30am to 1pm. Consultations are booked by calling (615) 327-0303 or through the website contact form, and the practice serves Nashville, Murfreesboro and nearby Middle Tennessee communities.
