The deposit is forfeited for cancellations made less than 24 hours ahead, for failing to give notice, or for arriving more than 15 minutes late, and rescheduling a reserved appointment requires a new $30 deposit. Full payment is due on the day of a procedure, refunds are not given, and unused payment can go toward other services. CareCredit, payment plans and in-house financing subject to approval are available, the membership program offers discounted Botox and lip fillers, and gift cards can be used for spa services.
