A first visit for a new client starts with a consultation: an in-person skin analysis, a lifestyle discussion, a physical evaluation, and a review of the client's skincare routine, diet, stress levels, medications and health history. From there, customized skin sessions are built for each client, typically lasting about an hour and combining several modalities. Treatments aim at a range of concerns, including aging, hyperpigmentation, rosacea, acne, texture and tone, broken capillaries, skin tags, milia, and follicular conditions of the beard area and body.

The advanced menu includes chemical peels and professional exfoliation, a progressive acne program designed for all levels and types of acne, including hormonal and genetic triggers, and microneedling with the Rejuvapen device, which the site describes as FDA-cleared and medical-grade. For microneedling, providers generally recommend a series of three to six sessions spaced four to six weeks apart. LAMPROBE is a non-invasive radio-frequency treatment for minor benign superficial irregularities, priced per lesion.

Waxing is offered for the face and body, and holistic and clinical nutrition counseling is available for clients who want support around their skin health. The clinic partners with Pure Encapsulations to offer nutrition supplements. Clients are asked to disclose antibiotics, blood thinners, Accutane, relevant medical conditions and topical prescription products before any treatment, including waxing. Minors are welcome, with a parent or guardian present at the first treatment to sign consent forms. Gratuity is not included in service prices, cash is preferred, and card payments carry a 2.5 percent fee. Appointments can be booked or requested online any day of the week, and booking the next visit while on site gives a wider choice of times. Fragrance and preservatives are not used in treatments or take-home products, and laundry is done with free and clear detergents. The business says its visits and take-home products are free of all known toxins.
