Color is a major part of the menu, from tinsel and gloss to fashion colors, color correction, balayage and full or partial highlights. Extension services include custom color for extensions, tape-in and weft installs, beaded reinstalls and keratin tip extensions. Color and extension clients sign a release or waiver first, and extension clients begin with a consultation before the install is booked.

Hair services cover cuts, trims and styling, men's precision cuts, short clipper cuts, kids cuts, perms, hair treatments and scalp cleansing, which uses a mini camera to photograph the scalp before and after. Smoothing options include a Brazilian blowout and the Qiqi Hair Controller. The nail menu includes gel-X extensions in several lengths, gel overlay, nail fill, manicures, soak-off, polish, nail repair and four tiers of nail art.

Policies are set out so clients know what to expect. Many services take a deposit, ranging from a few dollars for some nail services to $250 for extension installs. Cancellations and no-shows are charged a 50% fee, and the salon has a no-refund policy, so clients with concerns about a service are asked to speak with their stylist or Samara within a week. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100 and $200 amounts or a custom amount, and gift card sales are final. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment. Payment is accepted by card, cash, Venmo, Cash App, PayPal and Afterpay through Square, and tips can be added when paying by card. Retail products sold at the salon are bought by the owner for clients and are also sold to stylists for their own clients.
