Bewitched Nails PNW is run by its owner, Jenna Medlin, who is also the nail technician. The business works from a space rented inside Mint Beauty PNW in downtown Vancouver, and the shop has a waiting area.
Appointments are booked online only, and walk-ins are not taken. Clients can reschedule or cancel online until the 24-hour deadline. Cancellations made within 24 hours and no-shows are charged the full appointment cost. Cash is preferred, and credit card payments carry a 5% processing fee. Buy Now, Pay Later is offered at checkout for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. Questions can be texted to (503) 208-5386, since calls may go unanswered while the owner is with a client.
Before a visit, clients wash their hands, and tools are sanitized between every client. The salon has a strict no-children policy because its insurance covers only the client. For nail art, clients should book an art option so enough time is set aside, and anyone unsure about the art level can ask before booking. For long or extra-long sculpted nails, clients book the length add-on, and can send a reference photo first if they are unsure.
The menu covers natural nail acrylic overlays, full acrylic sets, acrylic fills on a two, three or four week schedule, Apres Gel-X sets and fills, hard gel overlays, sets and fills, structure gel manicures and gel polish manicures. Removals and repairs are also offered. Overlays and gel sets start at $90, and many services are listed as starting prices because length and nail art change the final cost.
