New clients start with a free consultation of about 45 minutes to talk through options and questions. Consultations are held with an aesthetics specialist rather than a salesperson, and staff suggest how many syringes or units a client might need, with the final decision left to the client. Appointments are required, walk-ins are not accepted, and new clients complete medical and skin care history and consent forms. Clients with health conditions or who are pregnant are asked to check with a doctor and bring a doctor's note before treatment.
The menu includes Botox priced per unit, starting at $7, or in Boo-Tox packages of 20, 30, 40, 50 or 60 units. Botox appointments usually take around 30 minutes. Injectable fillers include lip, cheek, chin, jawline and smile line options, along with a non-surgical nose filler, using hyaluronic acid products such as Restylane and Juvederm Ultra. Kybella is offered for fat under the chin. Facial options include a HydraFacial, a 60-minute custom facial, light chemical peels from the Image Professional line, and microneedling in standard, PRP and RF forms.
Ongoing care is supported by the SIGNATURE Membership, a monthly $99 plan in which members choose one personalized service each month, and the VIP Beauty Bank, which adds a set monthly amount to a digital wallet for use at VIP member prices. Membership services do not roll over, and memberships cannot be transferred, though someone else may pay the fee. Cancellations or changes made less than 24 hours ahead incur a $50 fee. Some services can be paid over time through Cherry financing. Gratuities are not included in prices, prices are subject to change, and treatments are not refunded, though concerns are reviewed.
