The salon accepts walk-ins as well as booked appointments, and online booking is available through its website. Services under $25 are walk-in only, and online bookings for those are canceled. Business hours are Monday through Thursday 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM, Friday 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM, and Saturday 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Payment is accepted by credit card, debit card and cash, while tips are accepted in cash only.

For pedicures and manicures, the salon says it uses single-use buffers, files and liner protection, along with disposable pedi-jets, and that it does not recycle paraffin wax.
