Concierge membership is priced by age: $100 a month for ages 18 to 39, $150 a month for ages 40 to 65, and $200 a month for ages 65 and over. Members receive office visits at no charge, direct phone and email access to the doctor at any hour, unlimited telehealth and virtual consultations, a yearly executive physical, one house call per year, discounted med spa services and IV drips, and prioritized care at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center. By arrangement, membership can also include home nurse visits, home lab draws, home x-rays, EKG, home IV fluids and access to private nurses or caregivers. Non-members can be seen at the office for $200 per visit when not using insurance.

House calls run seven days a week from 8am to 10pm and reach a long list of neighborhoods, including Bel Air, Brentwood, Calabasas, Hollywood, Malibu, Santa Monica and Manhattan Beach. Pricing varies by location and time of day. The practice accepts most PPO plans, Medicare and self-pay, but insurance is not accepted for house calls, and concierge services are not available when insurance is the form of payment. Office hours are Monday to Friday 8am to 8pm and Saturday 9am to 1pm.

On the med spa side, the practice offers CoolSculpting body contouring, Botox and Juvéderm injections, Kybella for a double chin, chemical, Cosmelan and skin brightening peels, and hair restoration. Cosmetic injections and med spa treatments are available at the Beverly Hills office and on house calls. IV drips include hydration, the Myers Cocktail and NAD IV therapy, and can be customized by adding or removing supplements such as CoQ10.

Other medical services include urgent care at the office, at home or virtually, with same-day appointments; primary and preventive care; annual executive physicals with a cardiovascular assessment, comprehensive lab testing and a written report; hormone and testosterone replacement; medical weight loss plans; travel and flu vaccinations; COVID-19 testing with same-day or next-day results; cardiac stress tests and echocardiograms; and in-home detox. Advanced executive physical testing, such as CT coronary calcium screening, may carry additional fees.

The practice says that in its concierge model, each patient's time and quality of care is a full priority. The medical team monitors patients during IV treatments.
